The body is such a gift. I am appreciative of my body every single day. I was in a head on collision a few years ago when I first moved to Australia and all of a sudden I was in a position where I felt decades older than I really was! My body was in poor shape, my face in even worse shape and I just had to deal with it! It helped me to really love my body even more and to utilise it as much as I could as I started to gain strength again.

Using the body is something that can not be undervalued. Studies show that there are positive endorphins that arise from exercise. These endorphins help us feel better naturally!

I like to do some estatic dance where I just move my body about freely to music! It feels great and gets my whole body energised! I also like to take my bicycle out for a ride, or walk with my partner at sunset around the neighbourhood. A must for me is stretching in the morning, even if it’s just for a few minutes, it drastically improves the rest of my day!

I like to think about fast movement like Pig Pen from Peanuts. If I’m ever in a not-as-good-of-state-as-I’d-like to be mentally, I think that by moving quickly, as in riding my bike, running, jogging, or speed walking, that I am almost leaving that bad energy, bad thoughts behind like a cloud of dust!

The more movement the better the body feels. This is absolutely true for me. Also just like it’s easier to make money when you already have money, it’s easier to continue getting stronger when you are already building your muscles! It just takes the commitment to make it happen!

The natural addition of oxygen when exercising also helps with mental clarity as it helps the blood move through the system easier. This in turn also helps to break fatigue and increase energy. It may seem like the opposite of what you want to do when you feel like just lying around on the couch when you are in a negative state of mind, but actually getting about in the fresh air can do wonders to increase the mood!

Also, one of my favourite benefits of exercise is the extra energy and endurance it brings to sexual activities with my partner. Not only do I feel better in my body, but I have more energy to try positions, stretch out my stamina and achieve better and stronger orgasms. All of which greatly adds to my cup overflowing with love!
